Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once a vehicle has shipped, freight costs are non-refundable.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days for unused vehicles in original crating
• Buyer is responsible for return freight
• A restocking fee may apply
• Used, assembled, or fueled vehicles cannot be returned but remain covered by warranty

Damaged Shipments

If your vehicle arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange replacement parts or a resolution at no cost to you.
